This 24 unit project is designed to meet the severe affordable housing shortage in Jackson Hole, Wyoming on municipal-owned land. This will be the first Low Income Housing Tax Credit funded, affordable housing project in the town of Jackson proper. It will also be the town’s first Certified Passive House, Net-Zero energy project. The 1 and 2 bed rental units each have private balconies, in-unit laundry, and interior/exterior storage space. Three 8-unit buildings, strategically organized on the site frame a communal park, garden and playground to be shared by all residents. One parking space for each bedroom in the project is provided.
