Located in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia, this former storage facility for the ‘Ride the Ducks’ tourist company is being developed as a mixed use project.

Phase One is comprised of seven, 1-3 bed units. Circulation to all units is from exterior elevator, walkways and stairs which double as places of outdoor community space in addition to individual balconies and a private rooftop deck for the penthouse unit. Private parking is provided at the rear of the building for each unit.
